355.02 CIVIL LIABILITY FOR PARKING INFRACTIONS; ARREST PROHIBITED.

The commission of a parking infraction, as defined in Division (a) of Section 355.01 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Carey, Ohio, shall not be considered a criminal offense for any purpose. A person who commits a parking infraction shall not be arrested as a result of the commission of the violation. (Ord. 2016-17. Passed 9-19-16.)
