   181.04 MONEYS TO BE USED FOR STREET MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS, CONSTRUCTION.
   (a)   All moneys derived from the tax hereinbefore levied shall be used by the Village of Carey for the purposes specified in this chapter.
   (b)   All moneys received by the Village arising from the enactment of this chapter shall be placed in a special fund to be titled by the Village, and such fund shall be used exclusively for maintenance, repairs and construction of streets in the Village of Carey, Ohio.
