   929.11 STORM WATER UTILITY SURCHARGE.
   (a)   A surcharge shall be placed upon all resident utility bills as a charge against same in the following amount(s):
 
Residential customers
$9.00 per month
Commercial customers
15.00 per month
Industrial customers
30.00 per month
   (b)   Such amount(s) shall be effective with the August 1, 2011, billing.
