(a) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter except Section 921.07 shall be served by the Municipality with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof.
(b) Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided or who continues any violation beyond the time limit provided for in subsection (a) herein shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1000.00). Each day on which any violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense. The fine shall include all costs borne by the Village, including but not limited to labor, lab testing, chemicals, consulting fees, litigation costs and legal fees.
(c) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be liable to the Municipality for any expense, loss or damage suffered by the Municipality by reason of such violation.
(d) Whoever violates Section 921.07 shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and/or imprisoned for not more than sixty (60) days. Each day a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense. The fine shall include all costs borne by the Village, including but not limited to labor, lab testing, chemicals, consulting fees, litigation costs and legal fees. (Ord. 95-7.
