The Village Administrator may, after consulting with the Village Safety Committee and the Village Services Coordinator, designate sections of public streets and public ways as “Time- Restricted Parking Zones”. The Village Administrator may make such designation on written application by any interested person containing such information as the Village Administrator may reasonably require to consider the request for time-restricted parking. Any time-restricted parking zone shall become effective only after signs giving notice of the restriction are posted. The successful applicant shall pay for the cost of the Village obtaining and initially installing any signs.
