(a) All Food Truck vendors must complete a permit to do business within the Village. This permit comes with a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and is good for one (1) year from date of permit approval.
(b) Food Trucks may operate in the Business and Special District locations within the Village.
(c) The Village will have available both water and electric utilities, if conveniently located. The Food Truck operator must provide trash collection containers for customers and all trash, whether of the food truck operator or of the food truck operator's customers, must be removed by the operator at the time the food truck is closed for business.
(d) The permit into which the food truck operator enters with the Village shall require that the operator indemnifies and hold the Village harmless from claims arising from or in connection with the operator's activities within the Village.
(e) Food Trucks operating on private property within the Village shall not require an application and shall not be subject to the terms and restrictions set forth. The Food Truck operator and the owner of the property upon which the Food Truck operates must comply with the Village's rules, including conducting themselves with good neighbor standards.
(f) All Food Truck operators shall comply with applicable Village income tax rules. A RITA Form 75 must be completed and turned in along with the permit form.
