1386.06 RIGHT TO REPAIR OR DEMOLISH.
   (a)    The Owner(s) shall, within fifteen days after service of a notice to abate is effective, give notice, either in writing or in person, to the Zoning Inspector as to how the Owner intends to abate the public nuisance.
   (b)    The Owner(s) shall promptly begin work to abate the nuisance and shall diligently proceed to complete the work. Ninety (90) days after issuing the original notice to abate (or ninety (90) days after any decision on appeal becomes final), the Zoning Inspector shall determine if the Owner has abated the nuisance condition. If the nuisance condition is not fully abated but the Inspector finds that the Owner is diligently working to abate the condition(s), the Zoning Inspector shall re-inspect the building or structure one or more times during the next ninety (90) days to monitor progress on the work.
