1313.99 PENALTY.

Any person found to be in violation of this chapter shall be given a ten day written notice to comply and all work shall be ceased until compliance is met. At the expiration of the ten day period, any further or continuing violation of this chapter shall constitute a minor misdemeanor offense with each day constituting a new violation.
