1313.10 EXCEPTIONS.

(a) This chapter shall not apply to construction, reconstruction; or expansion of buildings or structures smaller than twenty-five square feet of floor space.

(b) This chapter shall not apply to remodeling of existing structures unless expansion is part of the plan.
