Permits issued and conditions relating to the issuance thereof shall be complied with within six months from the date of permit issuance. If the construction, reconstruction or expansion for which the permit is issued is not completed within six months from the date on which the permit is issued, the authority hereunder to begin or complete such construction, reconstruction or expansion shall terminate and a new application must be filed unless an extension is granted by Council.
