The Clerk of the Planning Commission shall, immediately upon receipt of the application accompanied by the five dollar ($5.00) permit fee, notify the Village Administrator and the heads of all other Village service departments of such filing. Each department head shall report to the Village Planning Commission at its next regular meeting as to any concerns which he or she may have with respect to his or her areas of responsibility in the Village.
