1171.03 CONFLICT.

Any and all prior enacted ordinances and resolutions of the Village of Cardington, Ohio which conflict with any such Policies and Procedures adopted, shall upon the effective date of such adopted Policies and Procedures, be, and hereby are, subordinated to this chapter and its properly enacted Policies and Procedures. (Ord. 94-16. Passed 12-19-94.)
