Residential, commercial, light industrial and public uses may be combined in a PUD, provided that the proposed location of the commercial or industrial uses will not, in the opinion of the Village of Cardington, Ohio, Planning and Zoning Commission, adversely impact upon adjacent property or the public health, safety and general welfare, and that the location of such uses are specified in the final development plan.
