It is the intent of this Zoning Ordinance to provide maximum opportunity for orderly large- scale developments which will benefit the community as a whole by offering a greater choice of living environments, imaginative architectural design, a wider range of development plans featuring a more complimentary blending of land uses including community facilities and open space, and to develop a more unified approach with respect to the mixture of uses and their adaptation to topographical and geological features, recreational opportunities and transportation needs.
