(a) Maximum lot coverage is forty percent (40%).
(b) Notwithstanding the above, for:
(1) Existing platted developed lots;
(2) With a dwelling (as of April 1, 2007); and
(3) With less than eighty feet (80') frontage at the street,
this maximum lot coverage shall not apply.
(c) Parking. Off street parking shall be provided.
