The Village Administrator shall have those powers, duties and functions as provided by the laws of the State of Ohio, and in addition he shall have the following powers, duties and functions: assist in the preparing of the annual budget with the Mayor with said budget to be presented to the finance committee; assist the street supervisor with preparing bid packages, work schedules, and general operational needs as required; and assume all responsibilities of the Utilities Director and Water/Waste Water Superintendent.
