No person shall injure, deface, write upon, destroy, disturb, or remove any part of a park or structure therein, be it naturally occurring or man-made, including but not limited to any tree, shrub, flower, plant, turf, stone surface, or any of the buildings, fences, bridges, lamps, posts, signs, public notices, monuments, benches, water fountains, playground equipment, road, trail, or any part thereof in any park.
