(a) While using any path or road provided for vehicles in a park, all motor vehicles and operators shall comply with the requirements of all sections of the Ohio Revised Code pertaining to motor vehicles and all sections of the Cardington, Ohio Traffic Code pertaining to motor vehicles.
(b) Excluding the operation of emergency, police, fire and law enforcement vehicles, no person shall operate any vehicle in a park in excess of twenty-five miles per hour.
(c) No person in a park shall park any vehicle except in places designated for this purpose. Any vehicle not so parked shall be subject to removal at the owner's expense.
(d) No person shall leave a vehicle in a park during the hours when a park is closed. Any vehicle so parked shall be subject to removal at the owner's expense.
