945.14 HOURS OF OPERATION.

No person shall remain, stop, or park within the confines of any park between dusk and dawn, except in emergency. No person shall leave any vehicle within the confines of any park once closed. If so, the vehicle shall be subject to a parking fine and removal at the owner's expense. (Ord. 2007-02. Passed 2-5-07.)
