(a) No person in a park shall camp in an area or on a site that is not designated for this purpose by the Administrator and without a written permit from the Administrator.
(b) No person in a park shall establish or maintain any camp or other temporary lodging or sleeping place within a park without a permit from the Administrator.
(c) No group shall camp in a park without a permit from the Administrator.
