945.03 ALCOHOL, DRUGS, NARCOTICS, INTOXICANTS AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES.

No person, except as specifically permitted by law, shall transport, bring within, possess, distribute, sell, give away, ingest or be under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, narcotics, intoxicants or other controlled substances at any time in or near any park proper.
