(a) All refuse collection haulers shall empty all refuse containers, and also clean-up the area where a container may have broken open or been spilled out by the refuse collector.
(b) All refuse haulers who are unable to pick up the refuse on the day scheduled from their customer, shall perform the collection within twenty-four hours after the scheduled collection date, or notify customers when collection will occur, and also notify the Village Clerk of the reason why the normal collection date cannot be met. Failure to take notification action by the hauler could result in revocation of the Village collection permit authorizing the hauler to collect refuse in the Village.
(c) All refuse haulers shall provide the Village Clerk with a schedule of the day of the week and of the starting hour when collection of refuse and garbage will be conducted in the Village.
(d) All refuse haulers collecting refuse within the Village shall maintain a copy of this chapter readily available in the vehicle being used to collect refuse in this Village.
