Water/sewer bills must be paid in the order in which they are issued. Accordingly, the Cardington Water Department will accept any payment offered by the Customer or Owner on a delinquent account and will first apply the payment to the delinquency and then apply any remaining balance from the payment to the current bill. Nothing in this section shall prejudice the right of a Consumer to pay current bills as established in Section 933.10(d).
