Customers delinquent in payment for charges for water/sewer service supplied, or for meter or service repairs will not be given service to other properties owned or rented by them until the Customer pays in full all bills owed. Nor will service be given to his agent or tenant for property owned by the Customer who has delinquent accounts. (See Section 933.10).
