The Village will not accept or honor any requests to discontinue water or sewer service to legally occupied premises for such purposes as eviction, enforcing collection of rents, or because of differences between owner and occupant. Nothing in this section shall affect the provisions of this Chapter authorizing the Village to terminate water or sewer service to delinquent accounts.
