909.03 MASTER STREET TREE PLAN.
   (a)   Species. The species or cultivar of trees acceptable for planting as Public Trees shall conform to the following sizes:
      (1)   Small trees shall be trees that will attain no more than twenty-five feet in height and shall be planted in Tree Lawns of no less than four feet and no closer than twenty feet to other trees.
      (2)   Medium trees shall be trees that will attain no more than forty-five feet in height and may be planted in Tree Lawns of six to eight feet and no closer than thirty feet to other trees.
      (3)   Large trees shall trees attaining more than forty-five feet and shall be planted thirty-five feet apart.
   (b)   No street tree shall be planted close than thirty-five feet from any street corner or ten feet from any fire hydrant.
