909.01 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this chapter:

   (a)   “Person” is any person, firm or organization;

   (b)   “Street” is any public right-of-way when any part is open to the use of the public;

   (c)   “Park” includes all Village-owned parks;

   (d)   “Tree lawn” is that part of a street not covered by concrete lying between a street and the parallel sidewalk;

   (e)   “Public tree” includes all trees growing on any street or other Village-owned property.
