The Village Administrator shall propose to the Village Council Sidewalk, Curb and Driveway Apron Specifications which shall, upon being approved by a majority of the Village Council, become the standards for construction of sidewalks, curbs, and driveway aprons in the Village of Cardington. Said specifications may be modified and amended from time to time by using the same procedure as is set forth above.
