901.08 STREET AND SIDEWALK OBSTRUCTION.

No person shall obstruct any street, alley, sidewalk, or other public way within the municipality, by erecting thereon any fence, structure or building, or permitting any fence, structure or building to remain thereon. Each day that any such fence, structure or building remains upon such public way shall be deemed a separate offense.
