713.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any prohibition of Sections 713.02 through 713.22 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Each day a sexually oriented business operates in violation of any prohibition of Sections 713.02 through 713.22 is a separate offense or violation.
