713.15 ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS FOR ESCORT AGENCIES.
   (a)   An escort agency shall not employ any person under the age of eighteen years.
   (b)   No person shall act as an escort or agree to act as an escort for any person under the age of eighteen years.
