709.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates Section 709.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
