As used in this chapter:
(a) “Offensive and noxious weeds” means any plant designated as a “prohibited noxious weed” in Section 901:5-37-01 of the Ohio Administrative Code, as amended or replaced from time to time, as well as any plant designated as a prohibited or restricted noxious weed in Section 901:5-27-06 of the Ohio Administrative Code, as amended or replaced from time to time.
(b) “Person” includes a natural person, a corporation, partnership, trust, company, or any other form of artificial person recognized by law.
(c) “Residential” means any building or structure with three or fewer dwelling units.
