11-2-8: RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The legally constituted local health authority shall have the power to make such rules and regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this Chapter as may be proper in the administration and enforcement of this Chapter. It shall be unlawful for any person to fail, neglect or refuse to comply with such rules and regulations. (Ord. 737 § 9)
