11-2-7: RIGHT OF ENTRY OF LEGALLY CONSTITUTED LOCAL HEALTH AUTHORITY:
For the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this Chapter, the legally constituted local health authority, or its duly accredited agent, acting under its authority, may at all reasonable times enter in and upon premises within its jurisdiction. (Ord. 737 § 6)
