11-2-6: PERFORMANCE OF DUTIES IMPOSED BY CHAPTER:
Any person charged with any duty imposed by this Chapter failing therein, or within the time stated in the notice of the legally constituted local health authority to perform such duty, or to carry out the necessary measures to the satisfaction of the legally constituted local health authority shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 737 § 6)
