11-2-1: COLLECTIONS OF WATER IN WHICH MOSQUITOES MAY BREED PROHIBITED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to have, keep, maintain, cause or permit upon property or premises within the corporate limits any collection of standing or flowing water in which mosquitoes breed or are likely to breed, unless such collection of water is treated so as to effectually prevent such breeding, as provided by this Chapter. (Ord. 737 § 1)
