5-2-4: EXEMPTION:
Nothing in Sections 5-2-2 or 5-2-3 of this Chapter shall apply to any notice required by law to be posted or to the painting of street numbers upon curbs within the City when authorized by the City Manager or his designee. (Ord. 98-41)
