2.40.030 Observation of City holidays.

The City Clerk shall on or before December 1 post a list of observed holiday dates for the following calendar year. Holidays falling on Sunday shall be observed on the following Monday. Holidays falling on a Friday or Saturday will be observed on the preceding Thursday.
