8.12.200 Open burning, recreational fires and portable outdoor fireplaces.
   Section 307 of the California Fire Code is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
   “307 Open burning, recreational fires, fire pits, fire rings, and portable outdoor fireplaces.”
