8.12.070 Liability.
   Sections 104.7 and 104.7.1 of the California Fire Code are deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:
   “104.7 Liability. Any liability against the City of Canyon Lake or any officer or employee for damages resulting from the discharge of their duties shall be as provided by law.”
