5.45.140 Criminal penalties.
   Any person subject to this Chapter who personally, or through an agent, employee, independent contractor or other representative violates any provision of this Chapter commits a misdemeanor. Any person convicted of a misdemeanor shall be subject to punishment by fine and or imprisonment to the maximum extent permitted by California State law.
