3.08.120 Other methods of disposal.
   (a)   Abandoned vehicles on public or private property shall be disposed of as provided in this Code or in the Vehicle Code of the State of California.
   (b)   Surplus of fire equipment with a value of less than $10,000, shall be disposed of in accordance with this Section.
