01-23-05: DEFINITIONS AND ACRONYMS:

The words and phrases included in this article shall be given their regular and ordinary meaning. Legal terms shall be given the meanings applicable to Idaho Code section 63-602NN when applicable, and when not defined therein, as otherwise provided by applicable Idaho law.
