09-11-05: REPEALER:

This article repeals the joint exercise of powers agreement for the area of city impact between the city of Nampa and Canyon County (dated March 27, 1998), Canyon County ordinance re: city of Nampa, Idaho impact area map (ordinance 00-011, adopted November 14, 2000), and all ordinances, regulations, or parts thereof, in conflict herewith.
