09-01-05: REPEALER:

This article repeals the joint exercise of power agreement for the area of city impact between the city of Caldwell and Canyon County (dated March 3, 1997), Canyon County ordinance re: city of Caldwell, Idaho impact area map (ordinance 00-005, adopted June 14, 2000), and all ordinances, regulations, or parts thereof, in conflict herewith.
