§ 52.15 DECLARATION OF POLICY, PURPOSE AND INTENT.

   The purpose of the water conservation plan is to promote the wise and responsible use of water by:

   (A)   Implementing structural programs that result in quantifiable water conservation results;

   (B)   Developing, maintaining, and enforcing water conservation policies and ordinances; and

   (C)   Supporting public education programs that educate customers about water and wastewater facilities operations, water quantity and quality, and water conservation.
