(A) The following monthly rates and charges are hereby fixed and shall be charged and collected by the city for sewer services and other services incidental thereto.

(B) For the purposes of computing the monthly service charge provided above, each sanitary sewer patron of the city shall be charged a sewer service fee for the number of gallons equal to the number of gallons of water used by such patron as metered by the city for the same metering cycle.
