(A) For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CITY INSTALLATION. When all work is performed by city crews in making connections to city mains.
STANDARD SIZE TAP. Water taps not exceeding five-eighths-inch by three-quarter-inch meter and sewer taps not exceeding four inches, with any larger taps being billed according to the cost of installation to the city, as determined by the City Manager.
(B) There shall be collected a fee for each tap made on either the city water or sewer system, which amount shall be due and payable in advance, in accordance with the schedule herein:
