The City of Canton has adopted a Drought Contingency Plan that allows the city to restrict water use during droughts or other uncontrollable circumstances. The plan is triggered by Mill Creek lake levels or by major equipment failure to any of the city's water production facilities. The updated plan is set forth in §§ 52.40 through 52.50.
